Since 2004 - lawyer of Lawyer Chamber of St.-Petersburg Has assisted as an expert in work out of following substandard documents: «Rules of registration of courts in Sea Fish ports of the Russian Federation», «Regulations of sea rescue parties of fish industry fleet». The arbitrator of the Arbitration court of the Russian association of sea and river tugs. Has over 17 years of experience as the legal representative in Arbitration and the regular courts of the Russian Federation. Ilya Firsov The partner of Law firm "JURINFLOT-Saint-Petersburg". In 2004 has finished law faculty of the St.-Petersburg State University (specialization "The international marine law").
